    Hi,

    To help us work out the cause of your problem, could you send a copy of your latest backup log?

    This log is too long to post directly into the forum, but you can use a service such as pastebin to upload the contents, and post a link to that upload.

    Thanks for the reply.

    I found out earlier today that it was a result of my server restricting outgoing connections – I’ll now mark this as resolved.
