Dropbox backup failure

    After installing updraftplus 1.9.19 I had a backup error: “Dropbox error: commit_chunked_upload requires upload_id to be specified”.

    I didn’t see this error before the upgrade, but I have not gone through all the recent logs. We have had intermittent server problems but this is different.
