where can I find my backups in my dropbox. I see them in my root folder but when I go to my dropbox and click on the apps folder I see the folder I created but it says it is empty.
    Thanks!

also – do I need to sign up and verify my site with wpadm.com? I am a little nervous putting my sign in info. in this site.

    Hello tcascio,

Dropbox Backup and Restore plugin works autonomously. In case, if your website completely not available, you may (not must!) use https://www.wpadm.com service to be able to recover your website from remote backup like dropbox, amazon s3, google drive or simple, from your another FTP.
WPAdm – is a Web Page Administrator control panel.
I would recommend you to use this service. At registration you shouldn’t put any personal data except your domain name. In case of need, you will be able always to use this account for recovering of your website.

In your “apps folder” –> {app, you created} –> {domain name of your website} –> here you see folder-list with your single backups, that you created before. Each backup folder has many archives. This is normal for each backup.

If you have any problems according backups or “how it’s work”,
please ask our support at support[at}wpadm.com

    Thank you
