Dropbox authentication fails

    Hi

    I’m trying to authenticate Updraft Plus with Dropbox at https://sciaticure.com

    I follow through from the admin page to Dropbox then click the button to “Complete setup”.

    The page sits there waiting for sciaticure.com but nothing happens for ages, until I get an Error 500:

    Request Timeout

    This request takes too long to process, it is timed out by the server. If it should not be timed out, please contact administrator of this web site to increase ‘Connection Timeout’.

    I’ve experienced the same problem with some other sites recently, all on the same server, but most of my sites there are using UD+ into Dropbox without issues.

    Hi David,

    Please could you ask your server admin/hosts to check the logs for any firewall or security module on the server? It is possible that the connection is being blocked.
