Dropbox authentication fail: This session has expired.

I’ve reviewed several threads on Dropbox authentication, but none of the workarounds there resolved this issue.
In the “To: Dropbox” tab, I’m prompted as follows
“Not authenticated! Create Account
Reauthenticate (Sandbox) Reauthenticate (full Dropbox)”Each of the links leads me to my logged in drop-box setting, (or the drop-box login page if I log out).
When logged into drop box I get the following error:
“This session has expired. Please return to the app to try again.”I disabled all other plugins, I am not running Google Analytics as plugin, and I removed Google Analytics from the site to be certain that was not the conflict.
