    Same problem here.

    Dropbox has discontinued their V1 – API in June this year. It was announced in Summer 2016.

    So I am afraid the maintainer needs to update BackWpup or we have to use something else.

    But amazingly, I still got a backupfile last night.

    Today on Reddit someone posted:
    Dropbox v1 API shutdown today. Expect lots of applications still using the old API to fail.

    Hope the owner will update this plugin.

    @all, are all of you upgraded to the latest version of BackWPup? We’ve supported Dropbox V2 since 3.4.0. On my own site, Dropbox worked fine today, and I also just tested it on a test site and there were no errors.

    We have updated to DropBox API v2 until 3.4.0,( the current version now is 3.4.2 )
    Please update your BackWPUp plugin and try again ??
    Hope that helps!

    Shame on me … the message came from a long forgotten test installation ?? This also makes clear why I still got a backup file. sorry, I was using 3.4.1 ( now upgraded to 3.4.2)

    @duongcuong96 You are right.

    I confused your plugin with another similar.

    I removed your plugin a few days ago because unfortunately your DB backups (I have WP tables and others are custom) are correctly generated but when I try to import them on phpmyadmin there are errors and I cannot risk to lose data.

    Thanks anyway for the quick support.
