drop loading google-font

Hi there,

would it be possible to drop loading Yanone Kaffeesatz in your CSS from Google? Not everyone doesn’t care about privacy. I don’t like it that my site gives a reference to Google everytime someone visits it.

Maybe you could add this as an option, or just include the font file in your plugin, so it will be loaded from the site, not from Google. That would be great.

Apart from that, I really like your plugin.
