• I am using a theme call Unlimited by WP Titans.
The theme works great with the exception of in IE( and IE10.

In both of these the drop down menus roll up as soon as you roll off the parent link.
I checked the demo version of the theme at theme forest and the same is true there.

Here is a link to my beta site.

any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

Is this something WP Titans are refusing to help with?

    Kind of.
When you go to thier support you get this message:

    IMPORTANT NOTICE

We are getting through all support asap, we have been snowed under due to new development team taking over, guidelines being changed and getting through a backlog of issues on older themes. Our sincere apologies for any delays caused.

I sent a ticket in 5 days ago and have received no response.

And now i am late on getting this site finished

If no one can help with this can a moderator move it to the advance section so that perhaps someone over there could take a look?

Sorry, but the forum makes no difference (advanced is no longer an active forum anyway) – as we don’t have access to commercial themes – which is one reason they aren’t supported on these forums –

You could try posting a job listing here:

    https://jobs.wordpress.net/

Or see if validating your site finds any errors that could be causing that – as IE is particularly fussy about code errors.

    Terrible.

Thanks wordpress community for excluding me for not using a free theme.

You should really consider blaming the people who made your theme.

There is plenty of blame for them, Andrew.

And i have plenty left over for anyone else who has a ” That’s beyond the scope of what we provide, so i am not going out of my way at all” attitude.

I am, however, not sure why i am surprised by this position.
How does it go? The indifference of good men?

Perhaps you can use a theme distributed on www.remarpro.com until yours is fixed. Then when you have issues we can try to help.

I’m sorry for the problems with that theme, however, a main reason we cannot help you is explained in the forum guidelines:

Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors.

I did suggest some things to look at – did you try them?

I don’t mind offering a bit of help WPyogi.

You have 235 errors on the home page, and most of them are “Saw U+0000 in stream.”, which after a quick google suggest that their are unrecognized UTF8 characters. It looks like a blank line after the closing html tag. When I tested the demo home page there were no such errors so you have likely copied over something in your configuration of the site. The demo also does not have your menu problem in ie10, so you have to question whether you problem is caused by the theme.

I also noticed the theme is brand new. I’ve used quite a few Themeforest themes, and unless you are very knowledgeable in theme development using new and untested themes can be problematic. Better to stick with the best sellers that usually have had all the kinks worked out.

Looking at the source code I’m also seeing an unusual insertion of a large css file. If you are making a lot of changes, a child theme should be used.

You are using WordPress 3.5.2, and I would suggest upgrading to the latest version, though that is not likely the problem.

Without being able to have a look at the theme, that’s about all the help I can give.

    Correction

Sorry rik_blonnde, I took another look at the demo and it is having the same problem in ie10. I don’t know why it initially worked fine.
