How do you have this page set up? Is it a page or a post?

There seems to be something happening that makes the page confused about whether it is a single page or post, or a page displaying lots of posts. This causes it to include some code twice, leading to problems. If you can tell me more about how you created this page, I can try to help. In the mean time, I will test a solution that could prevent this from happening in the future.

Thanks so much for the quick reply. I created this as a page, not a post. Really didn’t do anything special or unusual. I pasted in my content from Word using the “Paste as plain text” button,, styled the headers, clicked the checkbox indicating that I only wanted to create a FAQ on the sections wrapped in shortcode, and inserted the shortcode (starting shortcode right after the phrase “So come as you are” and ending shortcode right after “we’ll make sure your question gets to the right place.”).

I just did a test to create the same content as a Post, and I’m getting the same results. Please let me know if I can do anything else to help you troubleshoot this–I’m happy to do what I can!

    Same here

I just created a new version of the plugin (3.2.1) that should solve this problem for you. Please let me know whether it works.
