Drop Down Page Menu

    I am using a theme with a layout I like at mscginc.org. (Heatmap) Is there a way to turn the page links at the top to drop down menu sub pages? Right now you cant, so the only effective way I have is to add the sitemap to the side. Is there a way to convert it to have drop down menus?
