Drop-down Options in Post Editor Not Working After Scrolling

Hey folks,

I’m having a problem with the drop-down menu’s in the post editor.

Specifically, the “Paragraph” (for headings) and the “Text Color” drop-down menu’s only work when I’m scrolled all the way to the top of the post I’m editing/writing. When I scroll down the page, the drop-downs no longer appear when I click on them, so this takes away my ability to edit my posts/pages using those quick options.

I have not updated/installed any new plugins recently and it seems like this randomly just started happening. I did clear all browser cache.
