Drop down navigation from parent page nav button/image

I have a website that has it’s navigation hard-coded as image buttons. There is one button that needs to have a drop down menu. I’d like to set this up so that every time a page is added as a child, it automatically is included in the drop down from the parent image/button navigation. Anyone know how to set this up?
