• This image is showing another issue that I am working on with the theme creators but I may just get referred to woocommerce.

Here using single product shortcode on a POST does this. The width is too thin. Now the width is fine in mobile view though but normal through any browser the product looks like this. Everything seems fine though on any woocommerce page. Only mentioning this cause is may be related to the main issue of this Topic.

The main issue is the displaying of the normal drop-down boxes for the Product Grid. The Product Grid is fine ONLY on the chosen page set within woocommmerce. Using a shortcode to place the Product Grid anywhere else eliminates the sorting drop-downs.

    Here is an Example:

I switch to the default themes and it still does this. Also turned off plugins. The drop-down will only show on the designated shop page. Or am I missing something like maybe some extra attribute you add the the shortcode to get the drop-down to show????

  • Shortcodes don’t produce the dynamic sorting drop-down. You can sort with a parameter in the shortcode, but of course that can’t be changed later by the user.

As to the display issue, please post the link to a relevant page so the markup can be examined with browser tools. Markup varies between themes.
