    I am using a theme call Construct by Squidix. In the theme options menu the drop down menus are not appearing. I contacted the Squidix developers and they told me it was a problem with the Option Tree plugin that appeared after the latest WordPress version came out a short time ago (3.5.0. or 3.5.1.). Are you guys working on a solution for this? Thank you for your time and efforts to supply us with this great plugin.

  • Which version of OT are you using ?

    I’m not sure. Apparently the developers of the theme used the plugin to create their theme. They say they’ve been getting a lot of reports of this problem but they insist that the theme is fine.

    Open your theme options page. Look at the top of option panel, if you luck (author did not remove) you will see version number of OT.

    I found it. I thought it was the version of the theme but the number was next to the OT icon, I just didn’t realize that’s what it was.

    Version 2.0.9

    If you can give me some info to access admin panel I will try to fix for you.

    ah, I remembered this issue. If you are using OT version 2.0.9, just open ot-admin.js file (it is placed somewhere in your theme folder, I can’t tell you exactly because it’s up to theme author) Go to line 376 remove the [dot] after .select-wrapper

    (‘.select-wrapper.’)

    become

    (‘.select-wrapper’)

    That did it! Thank you very much.

    @htvu again you’re awesome!

    @andrewben Another option, If you want to update your OT version, is to download the latest version 2.0.14 and upload it to your themes root directory. You’ll need to write over the other option-tree directory, or whatever they named it, with your new version.
