drop-down menus disappear after creating a custom menu

    hey guys,

    I am using the Twenty Eleven 1.2 theme. My problem is that when I am trying to create a custom menu….the dropdown menus disappear. If I add the parent menu and the drop-down menus to my custom menu list…the drop-down menus are listed as new, main menus.

    What causes this?
