Drop down menu with multiple selections

I’m using a drop down menu with multiple selections to allow users to request product samples. Two questions:
1. How do I get the box taller so that it shows about 5 products?
2. How do I get a scroll bar so that the users can see the rest of the products in the box?https://www.sylvieandmira.com/request-samples/
