Drop down menu text is not clicakble, only the + is cickable

Hi,

When I use the option to display the menu as hamburger on desktop the drop down menu text items are not opening the drop down menu. Only when clicking the + sign the drop down menu will open.
On mobile it works fine. When clicking the text of the drop down menu it opens the menu.
How can I fix it on desktop?
