• Hi guys

Just a quick question : On my navigation menu, I want to make the ‘parent’ of the drop down inaccessible (forcing the user to pick from the drop down rather than clicking the ‘parent’ and getting a blank page).

    Is this possible?

    Thanks in advance

    Robb

im trying to get it the other way around

i want to have child pages but i dont want the drop menu, i want to link to them on my own.

    can any one help?

I’m with Robb, how to provide access to only the child pages in a drop-down list, but not the parent page even though it shows up on the main menu?

bmx: Try this plugin, works for me: Exclude Pages from Navigation

One, potential solution is the plugin I’m using called “Exclude Pages from Navigation.” When you select “exclude” it of course excluded the page itself, but also all of the child and grandchild pages, too. If it could be rewritten to make that an option, then all would work great.

Check out my example. What I really want is for the “Foreskin Facts” page to not be hyperlinked, and only allow access to the three child pages in the drop-down menu. See: https://circumcisiondecisionmaker.com/
