Drop Down Menu Qs in Virtue Theme

Hi

My blog is in the virtue theme; having two issues.

One I have more categories than seems to be allowed. Have contacted my provider BlueHost. They said they’d increase but hasn’t worked. Is this actually in their purview or in www.remarpro.com’s?

also I actually dont’ want this navigation bar on my static page only on my blog page. how can I make this happen?
