Drop Down Menu of Recent Posts

  • How do you create a drop-down menu of the most recent posts from a certain category? Say the 10 most recent posts from category 1.

    I’ve been looking at this but haven’t really been able to make heads or tails of it.

    I have never heard of such a plugin or solution.

    Would the only solution be to use AJAX to call the content from the server?

    Sorry I don’t know the answer but I think it can be done. I am still working on how to get a list of 10 recent posts in Category 1, then Cat 2, then Cat 3, etc. I’ve found that this can be done, so it wouldn’t be much more to put it into a drop-down menu.
