    I only have the theme active for desktop though. For the iPad mini I changed the theme because of the issue with the drop down menu not working.
    Thank you

    I only see the Minamaze theme being used when viewing on my desktop browser, not Freesia Empire. Can you please temporarily disable any caching plugins?

    Disabled the plugin. The menu drop down now but it’s not responsive. Just with the iPad mini.

    Are you saying that you don’t see the mobile menu button at all on the iPad mini, or that you see the mobile menu button but it doesn’t work? The width of an iPad mini is 768px, and it looks like the mobile menu button doesn’t appear unless the screen is 767px or less. You might be able to add some media queries to make it appear at 768px instead.

    I see the menu on the iPad mini but when you click on it it doesn’t drop down.

    @dddddd3333,
    If you have any suuport related queries then feel free to submit at https://themefreesia.com/support-forum

    If you are facing issues on touching submenu on ipad then

    View this link to create a custom link for menu.

    If you use # sign on it then there will not be any link. Using # sign on custom menu will not redirect to you any link. So it will not be any problem while viewing on ipad.

    Best regards
    Theme Freesia!

    This fixed my problems for the iPad mini. I thank you so much ??

    I’m having the same issue and I am using the theme “Event”. I really don’t understand your instructions on that screenshot. On my menu, I have sub pages below my services menu and they display perfectly on desktops and iPhone but not on my iPad mini.

    @dandco17, this is the support page for the Freesia Empire theme. You need to post your question on the Event support page. Each theme is going to be different as far as how they work, so what works for one theme will probably not work for another. When you post your question, please include a link to your site, that will help whomever answers your post.

    @dandco17, you should try @themefreesia suggestion, though, which is to use a custom menu link for the Services page that just points to # and not to any page. Then, when your user taps on the Services menu item, the site won’t move, but the menu will still be opened.

    Thank you :). That work-around worked.
