Drop Down Menu not Working

Hi, I am having issues with my navigation menu. The drop-down sub-menus are not displaying at all along with the arrow toggles. When I am logged into WordPress, it displays properly but the second I log out or if I have someone else look at the website anonymously it does not display correctly. I have tried almost every tip that is out there but nothing is working. On mobile, the menu does not display at all either. I’m open to any and all suggestions. I use elementor and have the Astra theme. I have cleared cache and everything is updated.
