Drop Down menu not showing in mobile device

    Mobile version of my website was working in the proper way but suddenly stop showing the drop down menus at the top. I have no clue when this happened.
    There are two drop down menus.
    1) The first drop down menu icon (three white horizontal/parallel bars) is located on the right side top of the website. This is the language menu and it is supposed to show English and Spanish options.
    2) The second drop down menu icon (three black horizontal/parallel bars) is located few lines below the first drop down menu icon. If we hoover on it is supposed to show options like : home, past editions, posts …. and their equivalent in the spanish version.

    Today I realized that those menus stopped working (I dont know since when). Maybe it have something to do with some plugins. I used to have the W3 Total Cache pluging but yesterday started giving me a “500 error”, I saw that this is a recurrent problem for that plugin and I uninstalled it. I replace the W3TC with the WP Fastest Cache plugin and when I start to check the functioning of the website I realized that drop down menus stopped working, but I am not sure if this is due to the plugin echange.

    I’m seeing that you are loading jetpacks mobile site. So on mobile devices the theme isn’t loading jetpacks mobile theme is. You can enabled or disable that in your jetpack settings.

    500 error you should contact your hosting provider.

    I am facing two critical issues currently. One is the Mobile Menu which shows three black bars without any text on it and in my Post or Page Editor i am unable to go to my Visual Editor, it is automatically set to Text Editor now and its been three days since i am trying to do that, but for no avail.
    I updated the WP version too but nothing happened.
