Drop Down menu not dropping

Please include a link to your Contact Form 7 form. If others here are able to understand your actual problem, they may be able and willing to offer a possible solution.

I wish I could, I have just started putting together the site and I am currently only running it locally with XAMPP.

Here is the Contact 7 code that isn’t working for me.

Sorry it’s impractical to look at your problem without a link to your Contact Form 7 form. Consider setting a copy of your CF7 form on an extra page on a website that does have public access. Post link to that page here.

Thank you! It must be something with my theme. I did post it to another public facing site that was running a different theme and I got different results. I got the ‘drop down box’ but it really wasn’t a drop down box but a multi-line text box that allowed multiple selections. Obviously I need to learn a little more. I am currently trying to get it to work with Avada and I know they have some custom code in there for Contact Form 7 so I will look into that more.

Hi SyMed, im having problems with drop down too. I was able to send the field on the mail and cannot show correctly in my theme.

So i had to use a checkbox instead a drop down.

Thanks gogomx, that is my current solution, but I still want to know how to ‘fix’ this, so I will keep experimenting and re-post if I find something out. I did have some trouble with the checkbox layout but that was pretty easy to fix.
