Drop Down Menu Links that Work with WordPress

I would like to link to my other blogs through a drop down menu. Every script I try doesn’t work. (Dreamweaver’s doesn’t work!) Maybe there’s some compatibility with Word Press. My network home blog can’t go live, until this is ready. Does anyone have a script that works (actually opens the websites when titles clicked)?

This is not for the pages, this is for outside links, not run by the “links” or anything within the system.

For more info, I want to put this in a PHP include and call this on every blog.
