Drop-down menu item in form not printing

Created a form using WPforms.

Print-o-matic almost works to print out a completed form except that the item in the drop-down menu is not updated. It prints only the default item. All other fields seem to work.

Am using

[wpforms id=”198″]

[print-me target=”%prev%”]

But have tried different forms for the target, all with the same result.
