Drop down menu for page only

    Theme Cutline 3 Column Split.

    Is anyone aware of a plugin with drop down vertical menu that will enable me to do URL link on a page. Please note that I’m trying to apply the menu ONLY to a single page and not to the entire WordPress.

    I have already seen most of what’s out there but they all effect the entire WordPress or category.
