Drop-down menu failing on iPhone 5 & 6

I made a form with a required drop-down menu for https://preferredpolicies.com … it works great on PC and Andriod, but it’s not letting the user make a selection on iPhone 5 or 6. Is there some code I can put in the plug-in to fix this glitch?
