Yes I know. But when in Menus I set the menu sub items (by dragging them to the right) and click Save Menu, they jump back to the left and become primary items.

Hi, again, I’ve installed another theme – Match, which also supports drop down menu and I have the same issue. The sub items jump back when I click Save menu. So I guess something is wrong with my WordPress as such ot with the Pho theme …

Try deactivating all of your plugins and then do this again:
