@bluepantsmcgee – It appears you do not have NextGEN Gallery currently active (installed?) but you do have several other gallery style plugins installed which have varying jQuery / JavaScripts running … there could be a conflict there but as to a list of plugins that there are conflicts, we do not keep a specific list as most of the common / current plugins are always in a state of flux being updated (hopefully) on a regular basis which can change whether or not they “work” with NextGEN Gallery.

Sometimes there is also a theme component, and even cases where there is a server environment issue … which can easily make conflict instances very unique.

I would suggest the standard process of checking for plugin conflicts when using a default WordPress Twenty series theme to see if anything shows up.

    Thanks!

Alright thanks for the tips, I have done the standard process of checking conflicts, and I have detirmened that it conflicts with the theme (Wedding Bells), is there somewhere in the css that I can put the value of the dropdown menu higher so it overlaps?

    Cheers.

@bluepantsmcgee – if you are looking to “raise” the drop down menu above other items on the page you would most likely need to look at what z-index values are used.

I would also suggest contacting the theme author and ask for their assistance as this may also sort out other issues they want to address.
