    Hi there,

    I’ve been using Orilla cart for about 6 months so far, and this problem has occurred from the very beginning. I’m pretty sure it’s due to my theme, but I am not 100% sure, so I wanted to ask.

    When I’m on a normal page, I can highlight my tabs and a drop-down menu will pop down. BUT when I am on an orillacart page, such as .com/shop/, when I attempt to highlight the tab, no drop-down menu comes down.

    But if I am in the purchase page from Orilla Cart, no drop-down menu comes down: https://i.imgur.com/bcQeiNd.png

    The theme I am using is “Landed”. If you need admin details, please let me know.

    Secondly, this next error didn’t occur when I first got OrillaCart in August but has been happening ever since an update in October~ I believe.

    When a customer makes a purchase on my website, everything is okay and the customer completes the purchase through Paypal. I check my Paypal, and I received the payment.

    The only problem is, when I look in my orders in OrillaCart it shows that the payment is still “Pending” and isn’t completed, although it is completed and went through Paypal.

    This is a big concern for me since I don’t get notified due to it not changing from “Pending” to “Completed”.

    I would appreciate all the help and support you can give me. Thank you so much once again for your great plugin and I look forward in hearing back from you.

    Hello,

    We will need FTP access. The problem is that the jquery is loaded after the menu js. I need to check the code that load it and trace why that is happening. You can send details to [email protected]

    Hi there!

    Thank you for assisting me with my situation. The drop-down menu works like a charm now, and is very pleasing to have this finally work on my website.

    The only situation I have left is with the purchasing order status in OrillaCart. When a customer purchases a product, they go through Paypal and complete the payment, but it still shows as “Pending” on my Order List.

    I understand you checked the latest updates and found nothing wrong with the paypal gateway, but I was really hoping you could take another look into the issue to see as to why my orders are not going from “Pending” to “Completed”.

    Do you think it may have to do with me un-installing the plugin and re-installing the plugin one day, a month or two ago? I’m really not sure, but this never use to occur when I first got the plugin around August, and I noticed this occurring around November.

    Also, I checked with my hosting, and they told me there was no firewall denying access or rule they had setup that could lead to this issue. Especially since they haven’t made any changes like that within several months, and the Order status worked a few months back with this same hosting company.

    I would really appreciate it if you could check into it one more time to see if its possible to make sure the orders are changing from “Pending” to “Completed”.

    If its not possible for it to fix that issue, can you please tell me how it would be possible for me to get notified or emailed even if the order is set at “Pending”?
