Drop-down field for country, state, and city

While it’s a good idea, that would be a different plugin.
I think you could find jQuery solutions for your idea.
The point of this plugin is to use a single field that harnesses autocomplete.

I found this paid plugin https://www.buddyboss.com/release-notes/location-autocomplete-for-buddypress-1-2-0/.

Though you cannot use fields from other field group yet. I already reported that and they said it will be available to the next release.

Thanks @mlcapulong I already have that one and I wrote them too to see if they can help in using the location fields in other fieldgroups.
