Drop down city doesn’t appear

    I’m using the weather atlas widget.

    When trying to enter a city, the drop down doesn’t appear, it just scrolls endlessly.

    I’ve refreshed the page, cleared the cache, but it still doesn’t appear.

    I have also tried adding different cities including New York and that doesn’t work either.

    Appreciate any help with this. Thanks.

    the websites you’ve tested the widget – are they on HTTP or HTTPS?

    Hi,
    that seems to be the problem, as browsers are blocking receiving JSONP from HTTP for HTTPS sites.

    We’re working on sorting this issue in a matter of days by migrating to HTTPS.
    (you don’t have to do anything on your side)

    the drop down issue should be sorted.

    Can you please try to select the city?
    (as a user or in admin panel – both should work)
