drop down category menu and search not workng

Hi, I’m using artificer theme with woocommerce. I can’t get the search or the category drop down menu to take me any place but back to the homepage.

I disabled all plugins but that didn’t have any effect.

I have a static front page selected, but have not chosen the page because it is my own index.htm page. I have used the post-name option and the shop-base with category option in my permalinks options.
