This may be a font problem rather than a Virtue one.

I copied the theme settings to a new WP instal. Everything is working fine, except for one issue. The site is using Droid Serif for the body text, and the bold style is not rendering properly, as you can see here: https://www.futuregenlabs.com/test.

This problem did not arise with the site from which I copied the settings.

Can someone throw a bit of light on this please?

  • hmm It’s not loading the bold droid serif font but it should because you have selected it as your body font. Try this workaround. your not using the tagline font so in the theme options > main settings set the tagline to Droid Serif and make sure the font wight is bold.

I don’t know how to start a topic so I will adress it here.
I have selected Open Sans to be my font for all texts and titles, but it is not being rendered well. Sometimes it is, but sometimes it isn’t, and if I refresh the page sometimes it gets rendered well, but not always. It also depends on the browser, but in general it works bad. For me the design is very important so I need to fix this.
    I would appreciate any help.

    Thanks!

Also so we can test, you need to tell what browsers your using and what operating system. And your first test should be to deactivate all plugins.
