    I have current clients that I am attempting to enroll but can’t. If I can get them up on the system… they are at various stages of my the course. How can I “override” the drip in their account so they can view the content at the point where they are now?

  • @ss0530,

    Unfortunately there isn’t a way to set a users stage in the course with regards to drip content.

    Is the use-case here that your migrating your course from somewhere else and importing students?

    I haven’t ever seen this requested before but it is theoretically possible.

    If your drip is based off course enrollment date your could back-date their enrollment date in the course (you’d have to do this manually via the database). If that sounds like an option you’d be comfortable pursuing take a look at our database docs: https://lifterlms.com/docs/lifterlms-database-description/#table-wp_lifterlms_user_postmeta

    You can adjust the “_start_date” meta item for the students after you’ve enrolled them. Not perfect but could work.

    Yes, I have various clients all in different stages of the program right now. So I want to make the correct sections available to them… and then drip from here on out.

    That’s exactly what I was hoping to be able to do from the back-end. Just change students course start date to open up the lessons that should be available to them.

    I’m not a database guru by any means, but I might be able to pull it off….

    @ss0530,

    We have a ton of options and settings and I’m not omniscient… I haven’t ever had this request before. This is the best I can do today but Ill consider the need in a future release.

    Sorry this isn’t a feature ??

    ok, So I changed the user “enrollment date” in the database but it didn’t change the enrollement date in Lifter LMS. I just wanted to let everyone know for future reference. It was definitely worth a shot though. Thanks for the suggestion and potential fix.

    @ss0530,

    How are you confirming that the enrollment date didn’t change after changing it in the database?

    Can you send a screenshot of the database value and the value you’re using for confirmation?

    This should work…
