By the little info provided, it could be anything… You can ask on DreamHost forums but if you do so, try to add more details like what kind of hosting you have, what specific error you see and where… Alternatively you can contact directly DreamHost Support to investigate.

They finally figured it out. Some memory issues. Good to know that it wasn’t the plugin.
