Draw Attention I can’t create a selection area

    Hello,
    I just added the Draw Attention 2.0.12 plugin on my WordPress 6.2.2
    I can’t create a selection area.
    My cursor is still a small hand rather than an arrow

If it is not saved, the hotspot drawing tools won’t display right away.
