• I used this plugin on a previous project in the past and found myself frustrated, as setup seemed complex and also bloated (I ended up installing ALL of the extensions.. when I only needed one of them!). I tried support.. but with little success, so I moved away.

    Fast forward to 2020.. and I’m delighted to confirm that support has gone from Zero to HERO! I had a few, fiddly issues and having initially contacted the team via Messenger (Facebook Page) – I heard back quickly and they were very keen to advise. I provided a lot of details but knew full well the issue was a strange one – the annoying kind that can be a nightmare to pin down. After a few exchanges and failed solution attempts, we got there in the end – and I was very impressed (this time).

    I still mark 4 rather than 5 out of 5, as the issue occurred (without explanation) in the first place. So 4 for the plugin, but 5 stars for support, thank you.

    PS. I should add this was for the paid-for bundle / full version.

    Both the plugin functionality and the service itself is constantly improving and each feedback you may have is taken into consideration.

    We hope that some time later you would even reconsider giving the plugin 4 stars (for which we are very thankful too!) and make it 5, taking into account the product improvement as well.
