Dragging issue of survey’s questions

Hello,
I bought the plugin and found a defect of dragging questions, when I try to drag a question, the page will scroll down automatically, it is hard to control the position I want to place it and seems scrollbar cannot scroll up during dragging.
Hope your help on this issue.
