drag & drop order not working

My pages got mixed up the other day and I don’t know how…
After re-arranging them correctly with the drag & drop function within CMS tree page view, as soon as I leave the page it goes back to the mixed up order. Is there a way to save or publish the tree order before leaving the page? Or, is this a bug?
Please help!
