Drag & Drop in Post not there

Hello,
i test the free Version (Post Types Order) and saw i can Drag & Drop my Posts on the first post page.
But when i change the post page to the next post page, then ivisible the arrows and funcions to drag & drop.

Then i bought the “Advanced Post Types” version but there are no changes happening. No arrows, no Drag & Drop, not even on the first page.
