• So, I went to work on my client’s website this afternoon and realized that we could not drag and drop widgets over to the sidebar. I’ve found multiple other posts about this, but most are outdated. The one common solutions was the plugin “Use Google Libraries”. I tried this to no avail.

    If there are any new solutions, we would greatly appreciate it, as the site is not empty where my client had information earlier today. For some reason, he was able to delete them off, but not put them back on.

    As far as I know, my client is with Bluehost, which is one of the accepted hosting companies on that list you sent.

    Any other ideas? From what I’ve heard, this is a javascript error.

    Ok, I just saw this on another post, so I tried it:

    Try adding define(‘CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS’, false); to your wp-config.php file just below the define(‘DB_HOST’ line.

    Now, on the computer I made that edit on, I’m getting the white screen of death in my WordPress admin. HELP! I removed the line and re-saved the config file, but to no avail.

    Ok, for some reason there was extra lines at the bottom of the config file. Whew! Now I can see the admin again.

    Cool check this link. The problem is fixed

    Salam alaikum,

    You can fix this by disabling accessibility mode from the screen option.

    1. Go to Widgets page;
    2. Click the Screen Option (Top right);
    3. Click on the Disable accessibility mode.

    You’re done!!!
