Drag and Drop sorting

    Hi – I am currently using the free version and the drag and drop sorting of categories does not seem to work for me.

    when I click on a category to drag it, a modal box woth the list of categories opens up and I cannot drag.

    Do I need the Prop version for this feature?

    Thanks for reaching us. Hope you are doing great today!

    We have tested the Drag & Drop feature and it works perfectly using the lite version of the plugin. You need to set the position of the categories by Drag & Drop from the All Categories. Check the screenshot.

    The plugin doesn’t show any modal during the Drag & Drop. It can be a feature of your theme or any other plugin. You can share a screenshot with us.
