Drag and Drop Sort not working

    Hello,

    I am using WordPress 5.9, with plugin update 3.23 of NextGen Gallery.

    I was prior able to manually drag and drop photos to sort. Now, I am unable too. Can this please be fixed? My sort setting is set to custom. I have upgraded the plugin to 3.23 which says it fixed the issue, but doesn’t appear to be fixed on my end.

    Hi @matthieugreen,

    This sounds odd as the update seems to have fixed the issue for everyone so I am just wondering if the update wasn’t successful or if the resources got cached and you are using an older JS version or the file that we’ve changed.

    Could you please manually delete NextGen Gallery plugin from your site’s "Dashboard -> Plugins" then install it new, clear the cache and check again? This will not affect your galleries.
