Drag and Drop section on main page ?

Is it possible to allow user to relocate (drag and drop) widgets on the main page in the sidebar. I do not mean the admin section where you load the widgets and you can drag and drop them to a chosen sidebar.
I want the user to be able to move the widgets up and down on the main page as soon as they enter my page.
