  • Encountered same issue.

    – Deleted plugin files and reinstalled MailPoet 2.6.6.
    – Issue remained.
    – Did a “reload page” while being on the newsletter editor.
    – Result: it’s working fine again.

Same problem. Even tried incognito/private mode on all my browsers.

I got a reply from MailPoet support this morning and deleting the plugin and clearing the browser cache did the trick. Here’s the steps they gave me:

    — MAILPOET SUPPORT —

Please, try to reinstall the MailPoet plugin following these steps:

    • Go to the WordPress plugins page.
    • Deactivate MailPoet.
    • Delete MailPoet.
    • Install MailPoet again.
    • Clear browser cache and refresh if needed.

Rest assured you won’t lose any data, the database will not be touched.

    — END MAILPOET SUPPORT —

Everything was still there when I was done so the directions were good. I was afraid everything would be deleted from the database.

    Thanks MailPoet!

    It worked for me, too.

    *Delete MailPoet
    *Uninstall Plugins
    *Install MailPoet again
    *Create Newsletter
    *Activate uninstalled plug-ins

    I didn’t clear my browsing cashe…thank goodness.

Also my newsletters for 2012 did NOT re-install, only 2013/14…and the stats of the past newsletters are now missing. If that’s important to you, take a screen shot of your page, prior to uninstalling MailPoet.

    Thanks everyone!

This worked for me for the Drag n Drop issues.

Go to the WordPress plugins page.
    Deactivate MailPoet.
    Delete MailPoet.
    Install MailPoet again.
Clear browser cache and refresh if needed.

    However nobody can subscribe still.

    Any suggestions?
