Drag and drop in admin not working sometimes

  • Hello All,

    I am using this plugin and it is working like a charm at my website. Only one issue I am facing in mega menu. |
    When I open desired menu in admin and click on mega menu, it opens up in a popup. This part is having around 40 menu items so, I choose to show it in 5 columns(as per my website requirement) and selected Grid layout from top.
    Now when I add one new menu item and want to drag and drop it in one of the predefined column then, sometimes nothing happens(try to drag but drop not works without showing any message) and sometimes I am able to drop it at my desired place.
    It irritates me a lot, please suggest a solution.

    Hi Sunil,

    Thanks for reporting this.

    – Please can you try it in a different browser? If it only happens in one browser can you let me know which one?
    – Is the window having to scroll when you drag and drop?
    – Can you try dragging and dropping in a few stages, e.g. move it up a few rows, drop the item, then move it again. At least this way you are not force to go back to the start.
