Drag and Drop Front-end Upload

I am wanting to integrate front-end drag and drop uploading to a form that I’ve building with CF7. I would to love to use something like Plupload (https://www.plupload.com/), which I thought I read is integrated into the back-end of WP for the Media files.

Is this possible? Have you ever seen it done before?
