drag and drop change order

    At the moment, it’s not in the plan to include drag-and-drop functionality. I’m looking toward a bit of a rebuild over the next 6-8 months though, to streamline the interface a bit more and would likely include drag and drop then.

    I just frigged the order of my icons by rearranging the order of the array items in social-networks.php. I realise it’s not a solid solution, but it’ll do until a drag&drop feature comes along.
